The pipes for the extraction of wood chips (as well as for other types of dust) are available in lengths of 0.5 meters, 1 meter, 1.5 meters and 2 meters (on request). Their application is within the reach of any person who has some manual and technical skills.

The tubes can be easily mounted using different types of rings.

The galvanized steel tubes, with a thickness of 0.7 mm or 1 mm, are longitudinally laser welded from Ø 80 mm to Ø 400 mm. Above this the tubes are stapled. These two methods provide them with excellent tightness.

For diameters from 80 mm to 350 mm the thickness of the galvanized sheet is 0.7 mm, for diameters from 400 to 600 mm the thickness is 1 mm.

Each end of the tube is provided with a 5mm edge that, thanks to our clamping rings, allows the mounting of the tubes and our other components in an extraction network for your woodworking machines.

It is of course possible to cut your pipes to size with a grinding machine and use pliers and a hammer to create a bent edge of 5 mm. You will be able to make a connection easily by using a telescopic tube.

We usually have all sizes in stock, from Ø 80 mm to 500 mm, in lengths of 0.5 meters, 1 meter, 1.5 meters and 2 meters.

Depending on the inflow and outflow, it may happen that a product is not in stock, but that never lasts long.
